How
can I begin to thank Madeline for what she's
done for me? At age 20 I was diagnosed with
Alopecia, and have lost ALL of the hair on my
head in the 19 years since. After trying hats
and other various ways to cover it up, I finally
decided to do something different about it.
And that's where Madeline came to the rescue.
Madeline fitted me with an absolutely wonderful
piece from her Amy's Presence line, and I feel
terrific. Being in real estate, I need to look
pulled together and polished - the hair prosthesis
is comfortable, easy to take care of, and looks
so good. Thank you, Madeline for giving me the
confidence to focus on things other than my
(lack of!) hair when I'm with people!

Dear Ken,
Once again, I have to tell you how thankful I am to
have found you. What a pleasure it is to be in your
capable hands. I am so thrilled with my new hair. You
make me laugh and feel so comfortable through what has
at times been a very difficult situation. Although I
have had alopecia for over 30 years, it is always an
emotional condition to deal with. I feel so confident
and cannot thank you enough for all that you have done
for me.
Your new location is beautiful. I am so glad that I

Your kindness is such a gift for
those in need. Treatment number four is the day before
Thanksgiving. The good part is I am enjoying the hair
replacement. On my trip to the dentist after the hygienist
and the dentist were finished examining me, I was asked
if I would lose my hair. I pulled up the side and said
I had lost my hair. Now that is a compliment to you
for they where shocked to find it was not my own hair.
I am thankful you were there for me and for my family.

When I developed alopecia it was devastating. My hair, which I’ve had for 23 years abandoned me! The dramatic physical change of my hair falling out was hard enough but combined with the emotional toll it took on me I felt like I would never feel human again. I was so upset; physically and emotionally I no longer felt like myself. Once my hair loss got to the point of not being able to hide it anymore I decided to get a wig. I didn’t know that by going to Madeline’s I would be getting so much more! I met with Nicole and was amazed that she herself had alopecia. Her hair looked great!! It was wonderful working with Nicole because she not only created an amazing hair system for me but also she was able to relate to what I am going through. She has helped me regain my confidence not only with a wig but with her compassion and true understanding of what I am going through emotionally! Dear Madeline,
Thank you for trying so hard and being so patient, bless
you. My wife is doing fine now, but I will tell you
now that it had it not been for the wonderful job you
did replacing her hair, that there would have been physiological
scars that we would be experiencing today. No one except
me ever saw her without her hair prosthesis. I think
she would even put it on to go to the bathroom in the
middle of the night. None of her children or grandchildren
ever had to see her with no hair. The hair replacement
brought her through this ordeal with dignity and hope
and made her feel good about herself.

You have been such a help to me in going through this
hair loss and wig fitting, adjustments and care. I cannot
express my gratitude and appreciation enough. Your compassion,
humor and professionalism has made the whole process
one of ease rather than dread. I'm feeling more confident
about wearing and caring for my wig, and have received

I have been a customer of "Madeline's"
for almost a year now. I am a 29 year old very active
mother of two young boys, with a full time job. For
the past 16 years of my life, I have been suffering
from a health condition call Alopecia Areata (loss of
hair) about 90% of that time it has been a total loss
of hair. I had been purchasing synthetic wigs through
nation-wide companies from their catalog; never sure
about how they would look or feel. Those hairpieces
do not stay on your head very well; especially when
you do not have your own hair underneath to secure them
to. So there was the constant worry and fear that maybe
the next strong Gust of wind would blow it off my head.
Not to mention that swimming was always out of the question.
And bike riding, and even going on amusement rides.
I lived like that for 15 years until I heard about,
and went to see Madeline. Her hairpieces are absolutely
beautiful! And she custom fits each of her clients.
She works very hard for people such as myself and others
suffering from hair-loss due to their ailments.
She treated me with the utmost respect, giving me 100%
privacy and restoring my dignity. She also has a great
amount of empathy for her clients, which she expresses
through her work.
In closing, I need to say that in the past year, the
quality of my life has improved 100%! I can live my
active lifestyle in a way I like and my children love
without worrying about my hair. I went swimming with
my two boys last summer, and bike-riding. And this winter,
I have gone sledding, and even snow tubing, without
worries. I used to decline all these activities and
many more. But because of the hairpieces that Madeline
supplies I have gained my confidence back and am now
beginning to know what it's like to feel "normal"
again. |

I would definitely recommend you and your team to others who suffer medical hair loss. Losing my hair because of chemotherapy treatments was extremely hard but going to see Ken made me feel very comfortable. I brought my mother, sister and daughter to the consultation appointment for support and we all ended up having fun! Ken and Nicole were always willing to answer any questions we had which made us feel comfortable making decisions. Ken showed us everything and gave us many options and we laughed and made jokes as he took me through the process which made it a very easy and even enjoyable process. Without the laughter I am not sure how well I would have done. Thank you for not only a great hair system but also for making this process so easy!

You are excellent at what you do! Your salon is the only salon I’ve felt comfortable with. I have been to several places that offer hair replacement and I was not comfortable with the options I was given or the feel of the establishment. They didn’t compare! After meeting with Ken I had no hesitations. The atmosphere at the salon is very relaxed and Ken does a beautiful job with my hair. He goes out of his way to make sure I’m happy. I would never go elsewhere! I have no regrets. I only wish I had met with him sooner and not suffered with my hair loss for so long! Thank You so much!

I always feel welcome and comfortable in the office. Everyone is extremely friendly, courteous, and eager to help. I was impressed that I never felt rushed or that there wasn’t enough time for me. I even heard clients being talked to on the phone and they were made to feel as though they were number one! There was always time made for everyone!
Ken is phenomenal! At first I wasn’t sure if I would feel comfortable
with a man…. boy was I wrong! Ken naturally makes you feel comfortable and he gives you his all and more! Ken always made me feel that there was an alternative to thinning hair. Since I have been wearing my hair piece I have felt like a different person. I feel so much more confident and younger! The hair system has been colored and styled perfectly at every visit as well as my own hair. I feel alive again thanks to Ken and his techniques! Now I NEVER have a bad hair day! Thank You Ken!

Ken was extremely knowledgeable concerning hair loss and had a great sense of humor which was very important for me. Undergoing chemotherapy was the scariest thing I have ever gone through so it was nice to have some one with a lot of knowledge help me though this tough experience. I was very concerned about losing my hair but Ken’s knowledge, compassion and sense of humor made a very upsetting situation very natural and acceptable. He was able to explain everything in a very clear manner so I knew exactly what to expect from my hair loss. Within the first ten minutes of my consultation I knew he was going to create a wig that would look great! When I got the wig I was so thrilled. It looked so close to my own natural style that looking in the mirror I almost forgot I was wearing a wig! I always felt comfortable in his presence with and with out the wig! Thank you for being there during a hard time!
