From the South:
1. Merge onto the Maine Turnpike headed north toward Portland /Augusta
2. Take Exit 36 to 195 East to Old Orchard Beach
3. Stay on the ramp for approximatley1.8 miles
4. Take Exit 2B to route 1 North. Stay on route 1 for approximately 3.7 miles
5. We are in a red building complex on the right hand side.We have a sign right out front just before you turn in. There are other businesses in the building. The most dominate business in the complex is a Curves which has bright purple lettering on the front of the building. The Curves is in the front of the building and can easily be seen because it has large purple lettering.
6. W hen you come in we are Suite number 1. We have a sign on the door.
 
From the North:
1. Merge onto the Maine Turnpike headed South toward Kittery.
2. Take Exit 42 toward Scarborough
3. As soon as you get off the exit you will come to a set of lights. At that light take a right onto Payne Road
4. Stay on this road for approximately 2.5 miles
5. At the end of this road you will come to a set of lights. At this set of lights take a right onto Route 1. Continue on route 1 for approximately 1.2 miles
6. We are on the left in a red building complex with white trim. We have a sign in front of the building complex. There are other businesses in the building. The most dominate business in the complex is a Curves which has bright purple lettering on the front of the building.
